30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with original packaging and any included accessories, together with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact edensemporium.support@gmail.com. Please do not send an item back before contacting us. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos where relevant so we can review the issue.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items that cannot legally or safely be returned may be excluded from return eligibility. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.

European Union cooling-off rights

If mandatory consumer law in your location provides a cancellation or cooling-off right, including the European Union 14-day cooling-off period where applicable, those rights continue to apply in addition to this policy.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
